This is a Hard Hat Job...

Welcome fellow SoBros fans. From a gentle nudge of a former band member, I've decided to create this website. Download mp3 files from all 3 album releases, plus some bonus and live tracks. For now it will be free, but I may beg for a small donation in the future for those downloading music files after I see what the bandwidth drain is. Sobros Covers

I'm listening to "The History of T. Rex" today and the song "Jeepster" came on. This triggered a memory of seeing the the Something Brothers cover this song at least a few times.

I'm guessing this was a reunion photo for a band member wedding.

Long Overdue Post

Sorry as life has gotten in the way of any updates in a long long time. I have received a bunch of old photos & promotional materials from Scott Wilson which I hope to have some time for scanning in the near future.

As always I'm hopeful for a nice clean live soundboard recording to emerge from a fan or band member that I could stream here. I'll take care of converting it from cassette if you can get it to me.

You can find a 2004 Tommy O'Donnell solo record, 1997 Spelunkers and 2006 Wipolit (Dean).

I don't think I've mentioned here before my one minute of fame with the Something Brothers. In the early 90s on one New Year's Eve at Cicero's basement bar in StL, I got to jump on stage to scream/sing "Big sex keeps my boy in business". It was a beautiful moment...
